The two teachers in year 2 – Miss Scott Hyde & Miss Davidson are fantastic day to day – we couldn’t ask for better teachers!
For the WOW day, they really went above and beyond – no lights in the classroom and lanterns on the tables on arrival to set the Era – their effort on their outfits and the activities throughout the day and the level of detail they put in. We loved seeing it this morning and after school.
The children all came out smiling and happy like the day was just so much fun but learnt so much too.
I’m happy with the targets on my child’s learning plan. I’m sad that she has to leave here, I would keep her here forever if I could.
Thank you for all the support and understanding you show my child. Expressing his emotions is something he also struggles with at home, we have strategies and tools that help him and often relate to the zones of regulation information that was given to me by the class teacher. We are so proud of our child and his achievements so far, he is very visual and relies on clear consistent instructions. This all reflects well in his learning plan, thank you again for all you do. We greatly appreciate it.
We are very happy with the progress our child has made. He has come on so much and this is all down to his wonderful teachers.
I wanted to say thank you for putting on the coffee morning. It was really good. I am really pleased with the progress my child is making now he attends the morning group.
The Pastoral Team has made a big impact on my child’s life – it’s very much appreciated!
I just wanted to say ‘thank you’ to the lovely Headteacher for showing us around the school today – we were so impressed with the overall standards and the vast array of additional activities taking place after school. The children seemed so mindful and engaged, which was a pleasure to see!
I attended the Little Nativity for Reception children and I just wanted to say how wonderful it was. Please pass my thanks on to all the staff concerned.
My granddaughter started school in September and I just wanted to thank all the staff at the school for all the care and kindness shown to her. She seems to have settled in so well and genuinely wants to come to school every morning and is always telling me things about her day. I was lucky enough to attend the “grandparents afternoon” as well as today, and you seem such a lovely, caring school. So once again, thank you and A Merry (and restful) Christmas to you all.
I visited the school with a team of birds of prey and I am truly amazed at how well behaved all the children are. They are all extremely polite and welcoming and I cannot wait to come back and visit again. The teachers are very lucky to work with such happy, smiley and friendly children.
Thank you to the staff and children at Houghton Regis Primary for making me feel so welcome. It was great to work with the children who had a positive mindset and showed commitment and determination during the media workshop.
